We strictly follow all Local, State, Federal, and International Laws and Regulations on the shipping and distribution of firearms and ammunition. GunRunUSA.com will not under any circumstances accept online orders from anyone outside of the continental United States of America. If you are interested in the import or export of firearms, ammunition, and NFA items, please contact us via email and we will gladly guide you through the process. All entities doing business with us agree and confirm to adhere to our Terms and Conditions.
Responsibility:
It is your responsibility, as a buyer, to know the laws and regulations of your place of residence and/or delivery location, as is your responsibility to ensure you are following these laws and regulations when purchasing firearms and ammunition from GunRunUSA.com, GunRun International LLC reserves the right to refuse a sale to any person.
Restrictions:
GunRunUSA.com follows and obeys all restrictions imposed by the State and Local laws of certain places. If you reside in one of the following places, be advised we are either unable to ship ammunition to you, or we must have proper proof of licensing as described below.
Alaska:
No shipments.
California:
All orders must be shipped to an FFL. Proof of FFL must be provided prior to any purchase.
Connecticut:
Buyer must provide one of the following, prior to the purchase of ammunition:
- State issued permit to carry pistol or revolver
- A permit to sell pistol or revolver as a retailer
- Certificate of Eligibility for a pistol or revolver
- Certificate of Eligibility for a long gun
- Law Enforcement ID issued by the respective Agency and a copy of a State issued ID
- Military ID
District of Columbia:
No Shipments
Hawaii:
No Shipments
Illinois:
The city of Chicago and Cook County – No Shipments
Areas excluding Chicago and Cook County must provide one of the following prior to purchase:
- FOID and valid Illinois Driver’s license/ID
- Concealed Carry License and valid Illinois DL/ID
- Law Enforcement purchase order and letter of authorization signed by the Head of the Department
- Military Purchase Order
Massachusetts:
No shipments. We are willing to provide other accommodation for FFLs.
New Jersey:
Must provide a combination of 2:
- Concealed FOID and valid Illinois Driver’s license/ID
- Carry License and valid Illinois DL/ID
- Law Enforcement purchase order and letter of authorization signed by the Head of the Department
- Military Purchase Order
New York:
FFLs only. We will require a copy of your FFL and other authorizing documents. Contact us for more details.
Assumption of Shipping Liability:
We ship through UPS Ground only, following United Postal Service’s rules and shipping time estimates. By purchasing any product from us you explicitly agree you are releasing GunRunUSA.com, GunRun International LLC, and any of our affiliates of all liability and/or responsibility after your shipment was turned over to UPS.
Return Policy:
All sales of ammunition are final. All products are sold “as is”. You assume full responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued
All sales of firearms are final. All firearms will only be shipped to an FFL after we have received all requested documentation. If you have an issue with your firearm after it was handed over to UPS, you assume all responsibility and liability. By purchasing any product from us you explicitly agree you are releasing GunRunUSA.com, GunRun International LLC, and any of our affiliates of all liability and/or responsibility after your shipment was turned over to UPS. For the purchase of firearms, you must contact us by email at info@gunruninternational.com to arrange the sale and shipping, no order will be shipped until communication was established with your FFL and proper documentation was received.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your order, you must contact GunRunUSA.com by email at info@gunruninternational.com. The email subject must state CANCELLATION Order # followed by your order number. You agree in the case of cancellation you will be subject to pay a 15% cancellation fee. If we have already processed your shipment and a UPS tracking number was assigned to the order, you agree to pay an additional $20 fee. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted, and no refund will be issued after the order has been shipped.
